Andrea Anders
Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest and now lives with her family in Los Angeles. She completed her studies at DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993; and received an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Fine Arts in 2001 from Rutgers University. From 2006 until the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on the set of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive; Never Been Thawed). Anders started working in theaters in 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the Graduate's Elaine Robinson. In addition, she appeared on stage in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater as well as two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders debuted as a character in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse show. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. Anders had her first TV appearance on the Dannon commercial which ran throughout the 1990s until 2006. Anders was a character of Joey since the beginning, playing Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. In both cases she was in all of the episodes, however the shows were cancelled. Anders made guest appearances in One Life to Live as in Law & Order and Tru Calling. In 2003, she starred as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Also, she made small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders appeared on the screen in Numb3rs (2008). Anders also starred in two unsuccessful television pilots. Spellbound, News To Me. Anders His most recent performance was in Better Off Ted. This is a workplace comedy with one camera, scripted by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
